Boxing for Fitness
An intense 90min whole body workout designed to tone and condition your arms, abs and legs. No boxing experience is necessary, and each class is almost always a mixture of 50% women and 50% men. I guarantee you’ll walk away thinking you’ve just had the best work out of your life
Boot Camps
Why are my boot camps different to the rest? Two words, RESISTANCE EXERCISE.
My boot camps will have you burning calories for up to 72 hrs post work out. And provide unbelievable variety using many forms of training equipment and resistance exercise that include boxing for fitness, kettlebell training, circuits and much more.
This is why I’m known for getting RESULTS. Most boot camps base their programs around the use body weight and the natural environment (to keep overheads low) which is problematic for a number of reasons
Exercises are limited, therefore variety is almost non-existent (sprints, push-ups, sit ups and repeat……very boring = less motivation)
Cardiovascular exercise burns fat only during the time of exercise and not much after.
