You have the option to sign up for 1 or many classes per week. Rumble offers not only boxing but also circuit style training to give you greater flexibility, variety and motivation. The Focus is on Fitness !

biggroupshotRumble classes are challenging but enjoyable, not to mention an excellent stress relief. The class is a whole body workout involving basic boxing combinations with an emphasis on speed and power, leg and abdominal exercises and much, much more!

Absolutely no boxing experience is required. You will be taught how to box safely and effectively and how to use focus pads. Classes are popular with both male and female exercise enthusiasts and cater to all levels of fitness and ability.

Please note that whilst basic technique is taught, this is not a “learn to fight” class – however it will be the best work out of your week… guaranteed!

Why not give it a go and try something different? Many of the participants had never thrown a punch in their life before they started – but I kid you not, 99% still come back. It will not only be the best work out you’ll have all week, but it’s FUN and an excellent way to de-stress. Go on, step out of the box, dare to be different and give it a go.

Why is boxing such an effective form of exercise?

Weather or not you agree with boxing as a sport, one thing is for certain, boxing is one of the best cardiovascular activities around.

In fact I would argue boxers are one of the most well conditioned athletes on the planet, both in terms of cardiovascular fitness and in terms of physique (nicely toned, highly defined muscles). This is due to two reasons: 1) the physically demanding nature of the sport which involves highly explosive movements recruiting all of the major muscle groups in the body and 2) their training regime.

I take all of the best concepts of boxing (meaning everything minus the violence) and incorporate it in my personal training sessions and group boxing for fitness classes. And as a THUMP boxing for fitness instructor, I use the thump training systems extensively.
