I have been in the uk for over a year and had been to many gyms and also had a personal trainer, my constant struggle to meet my goals was extremely tiring.
Until I met Damian. My saviour. He has been training me for over 4months and the results have been amazing. Not only have I lost a lot of weight, my body shape has changed, I feel toned and stronger, the results have been more than I imagined. I feel stronger than I have ever felt.
What I love about our sessions is that not one is ever the same. He is constantly raising the bar and I am achieving things I never imagined.
There is no questioning his determination for me. He is so much more than a trainer.

I was getting bored of the same old classes at the gym and wanted to try something different. Training with Damian is at a completely different intensity and he constantly challenges you and you find yourself doing things you never thought you were able to do!
I can see a visible difference in my body already and the training sessions are fun, inspiring and build confidence. I’ve cancelled my gym membership now – this is far more effective.
Damian has made excersice fun for me through his boxing classes, boot camp and PT sessions. I never thought I would be able to say that! Not only that, but the results have been noticeable – I’m sleeping better, I have more energy and most importantly I lost a dress size in 6 weeks.
Damian is very approachable, motivating, easy going and accomodating. He always seems as pleased by my progress and goal acheivement as I am, and I would not hesitate to recommend him or his classes.

Boot Camp
I used to pay a fortune to run on a treadmill during my lunch hour and watch the personal trainers talking to each other in the corners of the gym or watch MTV on a repetitive loop. It was boring and monotonous and I ended up cancelling my membership because I lost motivation and I couldn’t see any benefit.
I was then introduced to Damian Fisher and I had a 1-on-1 introduction with him in the local park and it was at that moment that my motivation for exercise came back tenfold. I began his early morning boot camp and 3 months later I am still going and still have the exact same motivation as I did at the beginning.
This is all down to Damian’s personal touch to training. His ability to vary each training session over the 3 months and use a combination of equipment and the natural environment, coupled with his awareness of you as a person has kept my motivation going and the hunger to carry on improving.
Damian’s passion for exercise, family and life in general is truly inspiring!
The boot camp has to be one of the best (exercise) experiences I have had in a very long time! I love the variation between the circuit training, kettle bells and boxing. I never know what is coming next and it really keeps me motivated.
Being able to train outdoors is lovely. Damien has an amazing ability of being able to encourage me whilst pushing me to my absolute limits and I really feel I have achieved so much in such a short time. Thank you!
Damian has been a marvellous personal trainer. His enthusiasm for the training is infectious and his techniques helped me to lose nearly three stones in 12 weeks!
I have taken part in two boot camps, group classes and a personal training session and while I do not have the body of a goddess yet I have seen a huge improvement in my fitness and energy levels! Working out in the park has been great and it certainly sets you up to take on the rest of the day. Damian works you to your limit and then pushes you that little bit more which is exactly what you need in a trainer. The sessions are always challenging, varied and hard work and I would recommend them to anyone! Looking forward to boot camp number 3!!
I found Damian’s boot camps to be very beneficial. The intensity of the workouts is better than I ever do in the gym, and the variety of activities keeps things fun and interesting. The morning boot camp has the key benefit of starting at 6am – which means I can still train and have time to commute to work in central london. It is also a good way to meet other people living in the area.
Boxing for fitness
Damian’s classes THUMPED my laziness to the gutter and has got me enthusuasticly into active exercise again. The outdoor environment and relaxed atmosphere aid a great class which he puts on.

Damian manages to get the very best out of everyone, I have achieved a level of fitness that I am really proud of and in a remarkably short space of time.
I was totally hooked after one class – you’re constantly improving week on week and it drives you to want to achieve more. The classes cater for all levels and it works really well, you meet new people, learn new skills, help each other improve and discover muscles that you never knew you had!
I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to have fun, exercise and do something a bit different. Before starting, I was a real gym person and wasn’t too keen on outdoor sports – but one of the best thing about these sessions is the outdoor element
I thoroughly enjoy Damian’s box fit classes and would recommend them to anyone. Not only are they fun and vaired but they are a whole body workout where you can push yourself as hard as you like in order to get the maximum result no matter what your previous level of fitness. Damian provides understated but effective direction and support.
